            Vacation Bible School August 4th thru August 8th, 2008.

Shalom!  Do you want to go back in time or walk in Jesus footsteps?  Would you like to become part of Bible history?  Can you imagine where Jesus walked to the cross?  If you answer "yes" to any of these questions: come join us at the "Jerusalem Marketplace", Monday, August 4th through Friday, August 8th from 9:00 a.m. until 12:00 noon.

We'll experience authentic Jewish traditions and discover how Bible times school was different from today!  "Tribes" of Israel will "travel" to Synagogue school and the village playground.  At the marketplace we will try fun projects such as weaving and pottery making.  We'll learn about herbs and spices, enjoy a Seder meal and talk about Passover.  We will hear about God's love and Jesus' sacrifice while becoming immersed in authentic Bible-times culture.  Shop-keepers, tax collectors, and census takers are a few of the people who will share what they knew about Jesus.
