AMUC Youth Group by Brooke Davis

What we did:  The bonfire was a blast and a great way to kick off our new year of AUMC youth group.  We all met up at the beach.  A total of 35 kids showed up!  We started out with a fun game of kick-ball.  It was girls against boys (Except for Mr. Rob and Mr. Sam who were on the girls team).  I'm not sure but I think the girls team ended up winning.  After the game we were all pretty tired, so it was a good thing it was S'more's time.  The fire was blazing and roasted our marshmallows very well.  Wes (a new youth music volunteer) and Bobby Strang brought out the guitars, and Ms. Holly passed out the words and we were all singing songs together while we spotted dolphins in the beautiful ocean.

What's next:  Serving at the Phillip's dinner.
